Usage：



Pneumatic curved surface forming machine is used to form the hard aluminum, copper and soft steel sheet to different kinds of complex shapes parts by blowing. While blowing, move the board along the bottom tup by hand, the top tup hits, handle the board and form it to the required shape.



Pneumatic Principle：



When the top piston moves down, the compressed air pushes the lower piston down to form a blow, then forms an air cushion under the lower piston, after the blow, the air cushion pushes the piston upward movement. When the piston rotates with the crankshaft, the piston is quickly left. The vacuum formed between the upper and lower piston makes the lower piston upward movement. In this way, when the piston moves down again, the lower piston is pushed by the compressed air to produce a sharp impact speed, forming a sharp blow force.
